During the political unrest that occurred during the year 2021, there was a shooting which occurred where a policeman shot a young pupil whilst trying to contain the scuffle which was occurring at a shopping centre in Lomahasha, Eswatini. The scuffle took place due to the fact that people were trying to loot the shopping centre. After the shooting incident, the young pupil went to various hospitals in the Kingdom of Eswatini and the Republic of South Africa which proved futile because as he is permanently paralyzed. The young pupil whose identify can’t be revealed has to receive special treatment and be monitored all the time. The young pupil was a scholar at Lomahasha High School. The scholar was denied access to return to the  school because of his disability. This led to the scholars of Lomahasha High School to protest against the injustice of the discrimination displayed to the young pupil due to his disability. The main concern is how the high school can discriminate against the young pupil who has already been through physical and mental traumas by denying him a chance of having a future in such a impoverished community.
