A patient admitted at Mbabane Government Hospital, due to renal failure was asked to find blood since he had insufficient blood. He then tried his luck with MTN and B3 funerals which was a success. Many people came out to help this patient such that the blood donated was more than enough. All the pints were dropped by the blood bank. He was given only two pints, which did not make up to the expected blood level. When trying to inquire about the remaining pints of blood there was no clear explanation. This patient may die because of insufficient blood .
