At a time when other communities are intensifying neighborhood watch due to an increase in armed robbers, the situation is different at Nkulumane 10 in Bulawayo as there is lack of solidarity between communities.
Since the beginning of the year, Bulawayo has seen an increase in armed robbers and this has led to the Zimbabwe Republic Police calling for effective neighborhood watches that will work hand in hand with security forces to restore the safety of the city.
