A smelling environment is unbearable. Sewer bursts have become a health hazard to the community of Emganwini, in Bulawayo exposing residents to serious health risks.

The road is closed in sewages. On a very sad note the road covered in sewer is used by everyone including school children on their way to and from. The sewer has created a fertile and breeding ground for diseases.

However no cases of diarrhea or typhoid has been reported yet within the perimeter of the sewer. Residents have reported the issue to the Bulawayo City Council but no action has been taken for redress.
