Heavy police presence in Tembisa

Tembisa. On the morning of 12 April 2020, as i was going to buy prescribed medication for my mother, in Tembisa as she got from the clinic yesterday, I realized that on my way to Discam Store in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department stopped taxis to check the number of passengers and drivers permits and all I could see is EMPD addressing the taxi drivers regarding the number of passengers in order to combat COVID-19.
